Account Transfer

Trust Blocks Account Transfer

When the holder of a Trust Blocks account passes away, their pre-designated emergency contact can request a transfer of the account contents. Submit the form below with verification documents to begin.

How it works

  1. 1

The emergency contact fills out the form below and uploads a certified copy of the account holder's death certificate and their own government-issued photo ID.

  2. 2

Trust Blocks reviews the request, verifies both documents against the account holder's records, and confirms the emergency contact's identity.

  3. 3

Once verification is complete, our team performs a controlled, audit-logged transfer of the deceased user's data to the verified emergency contact's new account.

  4. 4

The emergency contact receives access to the data the original account holder chose to share with them.
